Project objective: Build and deliver a market research about Impact in the corporate world (EU level)

Project description

Despite impact, CSR, sustainability are recurrent concepts in company reports and communication tools, there is a lack of data concerning the educational needs of companies with respect to the impact topic. Through the project we aim at collecting information about the impact culture and needs from the corporate world to better develop business development and custom learning programs for companies.

The project involves 3 steps:

  • Definition of a survey for European corporate representatives about impact (what is the meaning of “impact” for them, which roles are interested (CEOs, CFOs, HR managers, CSR managers etc), what are the current impact challenges which can be dealt with learning & education activities
  • Survey delivery + qualitative interviews to targeted companies
  •  Preparation of a final report for Cottino Social Impact Campus with suggested follow up actions, to be presented to the Executive Director and the CEO.
